Mission Beach State School: Garden Working Bee

Come along and lend a hand in making our school community garden thrive! Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just keen to help out, everyone is welcome. Tasks will include weeding, mulching, pruning large trees and general garden maintenance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow community members, give the kids some social time, learn new skills, and get to know our garden and the fabulous fruits that grow in it.
The working bee will take place in shade and cool of the morning. We look forward to seeing you there!
WHAT TO BRING:
- Closed in shoes required
- Gloves
- Water bottle
- Hat
- Garden tools that you would like to use (chain saw, pole saw, leaf blower, snips)
