We’re excited to announce that the C4 Environment Centre & Nursery will now open on Saturday mornings from 9am to 12 noon!
This new opening time makes it easier for locals and visitors to drop in, have a chat with the team, learn more about what’s happening locally, and pick up plants for gardens, revegetation or cassowary-friendly habitat.
We’re also launching a monthly Saturday Social at C4. Once a month, Saturday mornings will include a relaxed social catch-up combined with an activity or discussion. These may include beach clean-ups, tree planting, weed identification walks, sharing cassowary sightings, or informal talks from local experts and visiting guests.
It’s a chance to connect, learn, and get involved in practical conservation together. Our first Saturday Social will be in February.
